Working days and hours are not specified, due to the case of these being inaccurate. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience.
When a bespoke order is placed with The Little Craft House you will be send an invoice detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as colours, spellings, sizes etc).
From the point of invoice we give you 12 hours cooling off, after that time orders can not be cancelled. Full value of the order will still be applied.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.
Our items are all handmade to order (unless stated otherwise) and once payment has been made please allow 6 wks for it to be completed. This may be longer depending on the time of year or current workload. Please be patient and don't hesitate to message to enquire about your order progress. Although we endeavour to complete within 5-6 wks If you require an order for a specific deadline, please specify as we can often accommodate these requirements.
Orders placed between 23rd November and 29th December will have additional creation time due to Christmas Peak.
Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/flowers/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.
I love accepting custom orders and will always try my best to create what you are looking for. Message me with your ideas and I will give you a quote based upon the amount of hours I estimate the project will take. I won't move from the agreed price so you can rest assured there will never be any nasty surprises.
All photographs are my own (unless stated and source available upon request) and may not be commercially used for any reason without prior permission in writing.
All defects or order issues must be reported to our customer care team via e-mail, web chat, or social media pages within 48 hours of your delivery being received. After this time we will be unable to investigate issues and accept any liability for damages. All orders that have been accepted to be returned must be sent back within 14 days. (recorded).
Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this offers protection for your purchase. We also use Stripe for card payments via the website which is a secure site. However we can offer bank transfer payments, or cash from local customers if required. Cheques or postal orders are NOT accepted. Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise.
Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with The Little Craft House.
The Little Craft House must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
