Shipping & Returns


All items are delivered at the minimum using Royal Mail but usually signed for, we always obtain proof of postage. We can not offer standard delivery if the value of the product is more then £20 and if we did we would not be able to make a claim against Royal Mail should anything go wrong in the delivery of your parcel. We also use My Hermes and Parcel Force courier service which is insured and traceable.


Should your order not arrive, please contact The Little Craft House via Facebook or email, a replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail.

We ensure all items are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for an exchange. An exchange will be issued once the item has been received back at The Little Craft House


All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.


All defects or order issues must be reported to our customer care team via e-mail, web chat, or social media pages within 48 hours of your delivery being received. After this time we will be unable to investigate issues and accept any liability for damages. All orders that have been accepted to be returned must be sent back within 14 days. (recorded). 

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Items: Custom-made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty or damaged. You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Transit damage must include photographic evidence of the packing to allow us to promptly investigate this with our courier service. Should TLCH not receive this information we will be unable to submit an investigation/claim against the service provider. Withholding this information will make you exempt from a refund or exchange.
