Shipping & Returns
All items are delivered at the minimum using Royal Mail but usually signed for, we always obtain proof of postage. We can not offer standard delivery if the value of the product is more then £20 and if we did we would not be able to make a claim against Royal Mail should anything go wrong in the delivery of your parcel. We also use My Hermes courier service which is insured and traceable.
Should your order not arrive, please contact The Little Craft House via Facebook or email, a replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail.
We ensure all items are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for an exchange. An exchange will be issued once the item has been received back at The Little Craft House
All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.
Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.
If you wish to return an item please notify in writing (page messages/email is fine) We will then process your return.
Please note there will be no returns on sale items.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty or damaged. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Transit damage must included photographic evidence of the packing to allow us to promptly investigate this with our courier service. Should TLCH not receive this information we will be unable to submit a investigation/claim against the service provider. Withholding this information will make you exempt from a refund or exchange.
